Radio Unit: Uv-10 There A Cd Stuck In It.

Hi I am recently have problems with my radio and was wondering if there was anything I can do to reset the radio or fix the problem.When I turn my truck over to start it. It stops coming out about half way, or it freezes at a awkward angel. And when I go to touch the screen nothing happens, I can't select anything on my radio but it still turns on and plays the station that it is stuck on.I would lik to know what it will take to fix it so I would'nt have to go out any buy a new raido because I am very pleased with the one I have. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Or bring it in to a shop somewhere? Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you real soon.
