Player Having Problems Playing Dvds And Cds
i installed my dvd player been sitting for about a yr in the box hooked everything up everything works but having problems reading cds and dvds any help would be appricated

I think there is compatibility issue between your CD/DVD and your device. Please read the manual to make sure that you are inserting and trying to play the right video format for your Jensen UV8020. Here's the link to the user's manual for your guide.
