Trouble With Auto Connect To Samsung Galaxy Siii
I have Jabra Talk head set and galaxy Siii
The head set dosen't connect to phone automatically even after pressing answer/end button.

I would suggest that you reset the phone and the headset to see if that resolves this issue. Start by removing the Jabra Talk from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
To reset the phone, simply turn it off and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
To reset the Talk, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons until the lights flash. Once this is done, replace the battery in the phone and turn it ON. When you turn on the Jabra Talk, it will start up in pairing mode. Repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
