jabratalk wont answer phone when call button is pressed (only says connected)

I would suggest resetting both your phone and the Jabra Talk. Start by removing the Jabra Talk from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn your phone OFF and (if possible) remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
Reset your Jabra Talk by turning it ON and then simultaneously pressing the answer/end and volume down buttons until the lights flash 5 times. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it should start up in pairing mode. Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON and repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and the Jabra Talk again. It should work fine after that.
