I would suggest resetting both the phone and the headset to begin. To reset your phone, simply turn it off and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
To reset the Jabra BT2045, start with the headset OFF, then press and hold the answer/end button until the light is steady (not flashing). Once in this mode, double-tap the button (like a computer mouse) and it will clear the headset. When you turn it back on again, it will be in pairing mode.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it on. Now you should be able to "find" and add the BT2045 as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Remember that, if asked, the pin code is 0000 (four zeros).
