Connectivity

My Jabra supreme was working fine and all the suddend it stopped connecting with my device and I am getting the message wrong pin number.

I would suggest resetting both the Jabra Supreme and your phone. First, remove the Supreme from the list of paired devices on your phone. To reset the Supreme, start with the unit turned off (boom closed) and press and hold the volume + and the answer/end buttons for about 5 seconds - then, while continuing to hold those buttons down, flip the boom open to turn the Supreme on. If you turn it off and then turn it on again, it should be in pairing mode.

Reset your phone by turning it off and removing its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds. Replace the battery, turn the phone back on and repeat the pairing procedure. Remember, if it asks for a pincode, the answer is always 0000 (four zeros).
