Can't Change The Volume On Jabra Sport

neither up nor down, also when in radio mode the volume key doesn't tune up or down. As if the volume key itself was broken. Tried to reload firmware but the purple led doesn't come on after connecting the headset to my laptop via USC and pressing the 'answer/ end' button...

I'd suggest resetting the Jabra Sport first. To do this, first remove the Sport from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.

Reset the Sport by turning it ON, then press and hold the answer/end and volume up buttons simultaneously until you see the lights flash. When you turn ON the headset again, it will start up in pairing mode and you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
