I Have A Jabra Journey But I Cant Turn The Volume Down.

I would suggest resetting the Jabra Journey. Start by removing the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Reset your phone, if possible, by turning it off and removing its battery for at least 15 seconds.
Reset the Jabra Journey by turning it ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Then, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until it beeps and you see a purple flash of light on the Journey. If you turn it OFF and then ON again, it will start up in pairing mode, indicating that it's been reset.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone with the Journey again, but it should work fine after that.
