Jabra Journey Can't Lower Volume

This is common when using a Bluetooth device with an iPhone, but since you didn't indicate which phone you're using, it's hard to tell you the proper fix for it. I'd start by resetting the Jabra Journey. Remove the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Turn the Journey ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. After that, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you hear the tones. Verify that it's been reset - turn the Journey OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode. You'll now need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
If you're using an iPhone -
Double-click the home button - this brings up a list of apps in memory. Swipe left to right and the music player controls will appear (as well as the rotation lock). Swipe left to right again and a volume control appears. This is the master volume. Reduce it to 50% (I'll bet it's at 100%!) You've probably fixed this issue. If not, repeat and turn it down lower.
