No Sound From Jabra
Jabra worked fine for several months. Turning it on would give a message "connected" and I would also get a message when turning it off. I could answer the phone in the car as described in the manual. Now there is no message when it is turned on or off. And, I do not receive calls on the device. It does not ring or give any indication of an incoming call. I have made sure the blutooth is paired.
Suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Jabra Cruiser2. Unfortunately, if there's no sound at all, it would indicate that something's happened to the speaker and the only thing Jabra can do is replace the unit under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty agreement. To initiate this service, you can call Jabra's Product Support Group. In North America the number is 800-327-2230 or email them at [email protected]. If you're in another region, refer to the QuickStart Guide that came with your Cruiser2.
