Won't Connect To Mobile Phone. Previously, Worked Fine.

You may reset your phone by turning it OFF and, if possible, remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
To reset the Journey, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Once in this mode, press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons simultaneously until you hear it beep and the light briefly changes to purple. Turn the Journey OFF and then ON again to confirm the reset (it should start up in pairing mode).
You'll have to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone with the Journey again.
