Why is the Jabra bt500 not supported on the iphone?

The Jabra BT500 will work with all versions of Apple iPhone. You have to be sure that the headset is in pairing mode first. To do this, start with the unit turned ON, then press the pairing button (strange icon below the Jabra logo on the side of the headset). Once in pairing mode, the iPhone should be able to detect the BT500 when you turn on Bluetooth.
