The Jabra BT200 is designed for non-Bluetooth phones. You would plug the charger/adapter into the phone's headset connector and pair the headset with it. You may be able to pair the headset directly to a Bluetooth-enabled cellphone, such as the HTC Wildfire.
To do this, you'd need to put the headset into pairing mode by, starting with the unit turned OFF, press and hold the answer/end button until the light is on steady (not flashing). Once in this mode you may be able to "find" the BT200 and add it as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. This is not the intended use for this product, however, and since the BT200 is about 7 years old, it may not function properly.
