Since there are many, many different types of Bluetooth headsets on the market today, I'm going to have to assume you mean a replacement for the BT200 that uses the same wearing style (behind the ear). That would be the Jabra Storm or the Jabra Motion. Both are very good headsets that incorporate the behind-the-ear wearing style.
