Turning On The Device
The blue light on my BT160 will not turn on, even after charging all night.

Since the Jabra BT160 hasn't been manufactured for the last 10 years or so, I'd say the issue you're having is likely that the battery will no longer take a charge. If this is a new purchase, I'd suggest returning it to the retailer. Otherwise, it's likely time for a new headset.
