Solid Red And Blue Light

Myheadphones won't turn on and when I plug them in both the red and blue lights are on all the time.

It sounds like you need to utilize Jabra's warranty replacement service. If you're in North America you can call them at 800-327-2230 or email them at [email protected]. If you're in another region, check on the QuickStart Guide that came with the Jabra Sport for contact information in your region.

Hello,

My device have the same problem, but i found a "solution" :

- Force to turn off the device with plug the charger 5 to 10 sec and unplug

- Turn on device with "vol -" and "on/off" pressed more than 3 seconds (turn into a mode where pressing vol buton answer with the battery charge statut)

- Force turn off (same as point 1)

- Turn on device with "vol +" and "on/off" pressed mode than 3 seconds

At this point, my device is fully reseted and have a blue blinking led only.

The Jabra support i contact answer that it is a "common problem as other which can be solved with some manipulation"... I'm a bit disapointed with that... but my "solution" seems to work (it was more a luck manipulation...)

Hope Jabra Support can update the FAQ to explain more clearly :

- The official manipulation to make a full reset of the device

- An explanation of the "solid red and blue" led statut

Edit : Finally, same problem again... so contact support for replacement... the solution by JabraSupport seem to be the only one.
