My Jvc Th-c6 Keep Shutting Off In The Middle Of A Movie.

My power subwoofer turns off several times during the course of watching a movie. To make work I have to unplug and replug the subs power cord attached to the main unit (DVD). Do I have to changed the whole unit or just the power subwoofer?
