My TV is having power issue. I power the tv on, it will power off but the power light keep blinking on & off

Symptom:
When the TV is powered ON, no image appears and the power LED flashes on and off.
Cause:
When the TV takes more than 10 seconds to begin the power ON process after the
“Power On” command is received, the TV goes into the Protect Mode and the power
LED flashes on and off.
Solution:
ON period.
Change the EEPROM address “18” data from “a” to “28” to allow for a longer power
Follow the “Instructions for EEPROM Address Change” on the following page.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EEPROM ADDRESS CHANGE
1. Unplug the TV’s AC Power Cord for 10 seconds.
2. Plug in the TV’s AC Power Cord.
3. Using the buttons on the TV’s Side Panel, press and Hold both the

9. While “Sleep Timer off” is displayed on the screen, simultaneously press the [Display] and [Video]
button on the bottom of the remote control to enter the “Factory Menu”.

EDIT”.
11. Press the [OK] button to open the EEPROM EDIT window.
12. Use the [up/down arrow] buttons to change the “EEPROM Address” to “18”.
13. Press the [Right arrow] one time to select the “Data”.
14. Change the data from “a” to “28”.

15. Press the [OK] button to save this data.
16. Press the [back] button several times until you exit the “Factory Menu”.
17. Power OFF the TV.
18. Power on the TV and perform steps 8-12 to confirm the data at Address”18” has been changed
to “28”. You will need to navigate to Address " 18" again.
19. If the data has not been changed, continue from step 6. If this data has been changed, press the [back]
button several times to exit the Factory menu.
