Motorized Screen Is Stuck.
what could be a potential fix if the screen is stuck in one position and won't eject anything.

Turn off the unit and detach the monitor panel, then attach it
Leave the unit until the temperature becomes stable in the car
- Eliminate static electricity and do not place magnetic items near the unit.
- A rubber mat on the floor may cause this symptom. In this case, do not use the rubber mat.
