Why Did Jc Penney In The Montgomery Mall In North Wales Pa Not Have Gift Boxes.
I had to purchase from another store gift boxes after spending almost $300.00 in JC Penney the additional cost to buy my own boxes was Palmost $30 in which I could have bought another gift. I am very disappointed and I may stop shopping at Penney's going forward.
