Fault With Mk6i

hi when l turn on my mk6i controller l get the following PLEASE SET DATE/TIME Press RESETon set the date time and set I get time and date have setMode to exit Time is set until I turn off and turn back on and get the red screen and have to set againI have a pro sd car

It sounds as if your unit isn't saving the time settings in memory. Follow each step to set up, making sure to highlight the set icon & push joystick forward to save to memory you complete.

"SET DATE AND TIME - Sets the clock on the color CMPJ+ joystick. Adds date and time stamp to error codes.

R26;Move the joystick Up or Down to change the highlighted value (hour, minute, AM/PM, month, day, year)

R26;Move the joystick Right or Left to select a value or the Set icon.

R26;Highlight the Set icon and move the joystick forward to enter new date and time.
