Need Parts

I need the brake assembly it comes with the lever cable and brakes I just got the proper part a month ago now I need the other one and motion specialist in sault ste Marie on says they are discontinued and can't get one so what do I do through the chair in the garbage dump my mom loves this chair has had it a long time it has been changed abit to do what she needs it to do it fits through the door of the pontoon boat she really wants this one fixed if you can help me it would be awesome thanks.
