Insignia Ns-lcd52hd-09 Turns On But No Picture.
Insignia NS-LCD52HD-09 turns on but no picture after replacement power board and main board.I think a surge hit the TV. Nothing would turn on. The front LED light was flashing multi-color. I found a used power board on eBay and replacing it made no difference. I called Insignia and they told me the multi-color flashing light indicates a bad main board. I found a main board on eBay and it did solve the light issue. Now the TV can be turned on and off. "Off" is a solid red light and "on" is a solid blue light, but I still have no picture. Also turning on the TV does not have the distinct "click" that you hear when power is turned on. The picture is solid black. I do not get any menu or blue screen asking for a signal. Just black. i can only go from red LED light to blue LED light. I already have $200 into fixing this thing!
