Insignia Ns-32lcd Wont Turn On

Try power cycling the TV: unplug and turn off for a minute. Plug it back in and turn on. Reset settings back to factory defaults.
If this doesn't work, then I would seek repair/replacement options. Keep in mind, depending on repairs, costs may not be effective and replacement may be a cheaper option.
