No Picture But Has Sound
TV has sound but no picture. No picture with blu ray either. Called verizon and insignia and went through all troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. They said it is probably an internal board and I need to get it repaired. Any suggestions. I don't know if it is worth paying for repair or just getting new tv.

Since you've already contacted the Insignia Product Support team and worked with them on troubleshooting your TV without success, the remaining option is to pursue repairs for your TV. You may contact Product Support at 877-467-4289 or Geek Squad at 800-433-5778 to arrange for a technician to visit your home. I regret that I don't have better news for you.
