Power

I had a storm role through 3 days ago and with the receiver plugged into a surge protector it died. Now it wont turn on but it does receive power. I have tested that it receives power as well as checked the on board fuse and it seems fine. It looks as if the receiver put itself into protection mode cause i cant get nothing out of it. Any suggestions?

Unplug completely from power and all external devices. Wait 10 minutes. Plug it back in.
