Sound Cuts Out.

I have 2 insignia roku 32" TVs, model NS-32DR420NA16. They both work when streaming, but when you watch regular tv the sound cuts out after 1 minute, then the picture will get jumbled after another minute. If you turn the channel the sound will be back on for another minute. We have tried a new HDMI cord and turning all the advanced setting off and switching to PCM mode. The tv is only 1 month old.

One thing I noticed is that HDMI 1 has an ARC (Audio Return Channel). Make sure you are connected to it.
