Insignia Is-lcdtv32

TV does not respond to the buttons on the control panel. Only the power buttons power works. What could it be?

I would try power cycling the TV, restoring any setting changes to defaults. To power cycle the TV, turn it off, unplug it & then plug it back in after a few minutes. If you still are unable to use the buttons on the TV, then I would recommend seeking further repairs.
