You have to provide more information in order for me to know what you are talking about.
Purchased cordless phone system from ebay a month ago for $15. Received email fro eBay days later stating vendor was NG and eBay assigned the Case Number and informed me they would correct the proble. Heard nothing so a week later had a Chat Session with an eBay staffer who assured me it would be resolved. Still no respose so have sent hree emails to eBay and one USPS letter and still no resonse. Shame on eBay.
