Abominable Customer Service
On 12/29/12 I had my first trip to Ikea 2.5 hrs from my home for Hemnes Secretary 2 piece unit. Upon opening the next day, the wrong color was picked, and the box unit # s do not match the iSell nr. Customer service case # promised a call from the store within 72 hours. > 72 hrs & no call. I'm five hrs round trip away, the wrong boxes are in my dining room, where two people have tripped over them, and the office where the unit is going is torn apart awaiting the new furniture.
