No Rep Answering Customer Service Direct Or In Local Stores X 1 Hour!
I've been trying to reach customer service in 3 of your stores and through Ikea Direct since 10:05am EDST. I've been on hold for 15-20 minutes each time without EVER being transfered to an actual rep. Please have someone call me ASAP to assist me with my planned purchase. Sincerely Beth Moore
