Parking Break And Pto Switch

I have a mz61. The engine will start fine, but when I go to release the break it wants to shut my engine off. The pto switch will do the same when I have the break on and the engine running. my arms are in the lock out position. I traced all my electrical comet ion and they are all clean and connected. Any help would be appreciated
