Blades Bog Down Under Minimal Load... Why?

I have a MZ61 zero turn. I have had it for 3 years. Last year it seemed to have a tad less power, but still ran fine. This year it bogs down very quickly. However, it seems to only bog down with the blades, not the motor. I have replaced the blades and the belt. I thought this would help, but it hasnt. When I engage my blades, it takes seconds for them to build up speed instead of instant turning on, as they used to. I am having to mow an inch higher than normal for it to not slow the blades down dramatically. Please help. I am not sure what to do. I have....1. Replaced blades.2. Replaced belt. 3. Keep under the deck clean. 4. Checked to see if it is running on both cylinders, which it is.
