Drive Cable Issues

The drive cable came unattached from the bottom, how do I attach it? I could not find the location. I have a hu675awd. Thank you

Thje cable you refer to controls the speed of the unit. This would go to the top of the engine compartment. Refer to the user guide for adjustment. Link attached:
