What is the 3rd line coming from the fuel tank on A122C Huskvarna weed eater

It is likely to be the return pipe for the fuel when the carb is full. It would also act as a breather to allow air to move into the tank to take up space as the fuel level goes down.

The third line coming from the fuel tank on the Husqvarna 122C weed eater is most likely a fuel return line. This line allows excess fuel to return to the tank when the engine is not using it, instead of the fuel flooding the carburetor or getting wasted.
