I Cant Download Adobe Flash Player..help

A lot of people have complained that flash will not install on their phones. Adobe pulled the plug on Flash last June saying, "We have not continued developing and testing Flash player for this new version of Android and its available browser options." It announced it was killing Flash for mobile devices to focus on supporting HTML5.
Adobe Air suports video & games on your Android so I would suggest downloading it from the Google Play Store
Or if you have flash files & games already saved on your device go to Google Play and find the following app Flash Player Loader by Loader Apps. Flash Player Loader lets you browse the flash files on your phone, load, and play them.
