Headphone Icon On Top Of Phone Can't Hear When I Answer Phone With Earphones Bee
there is a headphone icon symbol on top of my phone when people ring me I can't hear then unless my headphones are plugged into the phone how do I change this back not normal that when people answer me I don't have to use headphone

I had the same problem on my android phone. Try these below
1. Insert and remove the headset pin on the phone for several times or until the icon disappears.
2. You can try a hard reset' though it did not work on mine
3. Firmware update.
4. Replacing the board or buying a new phone or using the phone with headset atouched are your only options unless if the phone is still covered under warranty.
