Unable To Access Account

Hotmail will not recognize my password and has locked me out. All solutions appear to request that I log in again (to no avail) or that they will email me a password. Duh! If I could get to my email, I wouldn't need the help. Your feedback shows that this is a recurring problem and you are no help to anyone. Please give it a try. Be customer friendly. Or at least have pity.

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.
