Unable To Access Account Hotmail Will Not Recognize My Password And Has Locked

Unable To Access Account Hotmail will not recognize my password and has locked me out. All solutions appear to request that I log in again (to no avail) or that they will email me a password. Duh! If I could get to my email, I wouldn't need the help. Your feedback shows that this is a recurring problem and you are no help to anyone. Please give it a try. Be customer friendly. Or at least have pity.

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.
