Recovering An Old Account?

How do I recover an old account? It's about 4~5 years I didn't open it.. Now my new hotmail is being hacked and I have that account alternative address! I need it... I know the password and ID.. I tried signing many times but it tells me to verify account...

Accounts that have not had activity for over 120 are deleted by hotmail.
