I Think Hotmail Deleted My Account

I made an account in 2008 lost my password in 2009 and since then I have been trying to reach out to hot mail before when I tryed signing it it gave me the message that I was entering the wrong passcode now it is telling me that my email doesn't exist I'm frustrated at this point that email has VERY IMPORTANT Contacts And Email that I NEEED URGENTLY. The email in question was ms. name on account Monica please contact me

I understand that these emails are important to you as you need to retrieve them after some time of not accessing your account. The MVP was right, all messages, folders, and contacts are deleted when an account becomes inactive. Just to clarify, accounts will be purged after 365 days of inactivity.

Note: Since the account has been inactive there's no way that the lost/deleted emails or folders will be recovered.
