Prevent Sharing Email Addresses

When sending an email, how can I prevent all the names and email addresses of people that I am sending the same email to, from appearing on the email?

Hello,

When sending emails to multiple addressses, you may choose to not show the email addresses of people you are emailing by clicking on the "Add Bcc" before entering all your email addresses.

For the hotmail account, when composing a new mail, you can look on your top-right hand side and you will see "Show Cc/Bcc", click on that and under the place where you type in your email addresses, you will see a row for your "Ccs" & another row for your "Bccs".

Make sure you type one email address on your first row - the normal place to type email addresses for people you want to email, and then on your "Bcc" row - type all of the email addresses you would like to send your message to, but make sure to separate all your addresses by using a comma.

All your receivers will not see any other email addressses when they receive your message.
