Is There A Hight Adjustment On The Hoover S3670?
i have a thicker area rug and it doesn't roll on it at all. its like it needs to be higher but i can't find any hight adjustments on it? all i can do to make it work is lift it a half an inch and drag it on the front wheels. please help.
