Won't Turn On
My Hoover Duros won't turn on. I was vacuuming and it turned off and won't go back on. I put a new bag in. Nothing. I changed power outlets that work, nothing.

Hi, according to page 9 of the user manual, the S3590 has either a fuse or a breaker that could be preventing it from turning on. However, the manual doesn't show where this fuse or breaker can be found, and there is neither a fuse nor a breaker listed in the parts manual. It may be a bad switch, or another problem with the circuitry.
