Removable Hand Vac For Hoover Air Cordless 2 - In - 1
Dear Sir/Madam:I purchased this item on March 28, 2016 at a Canadian Tire Store, located on Cromer Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. I paid $199.99 plus tax for a total purchase of $225.99 (it was $269.99 but on sale for $199.99).I've used it 3 times but only as an upright stick vacuum. During each of those 3 times, I attempted to use it as a portable hand vac, but each time was unable to because the two parts (the removable hand vac and the dirt cup separator) would not snap together.This product is not suitable if I can't use all its feature. Please advise the details for me to return it to Hoover.Patricia Hickey
