Brand New Hoover Air Cordless Wont' Turn On.
Just got a new Hoover Air Cordless. Charged one of the batteries for the required time. Did the minimum assembly of handle, removed filter tab, installed battery. Machine will not start....not even a sound. My husband is an engineer and can't figure out why machine won't work. Now what? It is brand new.
