Hoover Washing Machine Is Not Fit For Purpose.

I purchased a machine that states 14 minute programme and takes 39 plus minutes.The machine is technically complicated and is not fit for function.It is over complicated. I have tried it with one bathroom mat for one cycle, with half a load for another and a full load for another. Programme states one minute to go and it continues for at least another 39 minutes.Engineer visited and advised that the machine is technical and demonstrated how one minute lasting actually has to be empty to perform..... Engineer also saw how if you had anything in the machine it just continued to run at one minute to go for 39 minutes. Therefore I wish your Design Engineers to see this email. Can you please advise how you are intending to fix this for me.I have always purchased Hoover washing machines and been totally satisfied.I am not satisfied with this machine. This must sadly be a manufacturer fault which must still be covered by the manufacturer warranty. The best way to start off would be to go via Hoover your product retailer who should outline all that is to be done to correct the matter.
