If the Hoover F7452 is not dispensing water, there are a few possible reasons why this might be happening. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the water tank: Make sure the water tank is filled with clean water and securely attached to the machine. If the tank is not properly attached, the machine won't be able to draw water from it.
  2. Check the water lines: Check the water lines to make sure they are not clogged or kinked. If the water lines are clogged or kinked, water will not be able to flow through them.
  3. Check the solution tank: Make sure the solution tank is filled with cleaning solution and securely attached to the machine. If the solution tank is not properly attached, the machine won't be able to dispense solution.
  4. Check the spray nozzle: Check the spray nozzle to make sure it is not clogged. If the spray nozzle is clogged, water will not be able to flow through it.
  5. Check the pump: The pump is responsible for drawing water from the tank and dispensing it onto the carpet. If the pump is not working properly, the machine will not be able to dispense water. You can check the pump by running the machine without the water tank attached. If the pump is working properly, you should see water being sprayed out of the spray nozzle.

If none of these troubleshooting steps solve the problem, it's possible that there is a more serious issue with the machine that will require professional repair.
