Solution Not Flowing In Upholstery Nozzle
I have a Hoover F7452900 carpet cleaner, and the solution wont flow when the upholstery attachment is attached. Brushes turn, I've got suction, tube snaps in nicely, no clogs, cap is not clogged ( that I can tell, it's very tiny ), it does, however, drip heavily when held level to the tank. And when flowing correctly, isn't it supposed to be a fine spray?

How to reattach tool cover
The tool cover is pushed open too far.
To reattach, align hinges of cover with a breakaway feature which allows it to snap free if it is designed with holes on sides of tool storage area. 1-18
