Honeywell 12 Page Cross Cut Shredder Motor Working But Not Shredding.

I purchased this shredder  brand new from an online merchant and used it for a couple of days.  I noticed that the blades tend to quicly get clogged up with paper particles so I had to stop and unplug quite often to clear the blades.  The last time, though, the shredder stopped shredding even though the motor still runs and the paper sensor still works.  I alternate between reverse and Auto to remove any  paper jams and try to remove any paper particles that I see might be clogging the works, but to no avail.  I was only feeding 1-2 sheets after the first time it clogged up, but it the problem got progressively worse. This shredder appears to be very sturdy, but the wheels seem to be frozen. Is there anything more I can do to get this shredder working.
